Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive at Advance Biofuel in Ahmedabad. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining client relationships. They will also collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
