Role Overview
We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can manage client communication,
coordinate with internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
● Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
● Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, performance marketing, and development
teams.
● Follow up on tasks, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
● Prepare and share client updates, reports, and presentations.
● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.
● Understand client feedback and communicate it clearly to internal teams.
● Support the team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
● 0–1 year of experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or a related role.
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
● Good organisational and time-management skills.
● Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
● Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
