Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, is for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves handling inquiries from prospective and current students, guiding them through the admission process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and student information. The executive will coordinate with counselors and university partners, follow up with leads, and ensure timely communication to support enrollment into distance and management programs. Additional responsibilities include addressing concerns professionally, preparing basic reports on leads and conversions, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with working professionals and students.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, including follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Basic data entry and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and CRM or lead management systems to track inquiries and admissions.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with counseling and admissions teams.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or customer support is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; equivalent experience in a similar role will also be considered.
