At Raaha Wellness, we believe healing begins the moment someone reaches out.
We're looking for a Customer Experience Executive who will be the first face and voice of Raahaāsomeone who can create a warm, welcoming experience that makes every visitor feel seen, heard, and cared for.
What You'll Do
āØ Be the first face and voice of Raaha, setting the tone for every client's journey.
āØ Turn walk-ins and phone enquiries into meaningful connectionsānot just appointments.
āØ Create a calm, seamless, and welcoming front-desk experience.
āØ Manage bookings, client records, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail.
āØ Own the reception space as if it were your own studio.
What We're Looking For
ā¢ Experience with CRM or booking software
ā¢ Warm, empathetic, and composed communication
ā¢ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to confidently recommend relevant services when appropriate
ā¢ Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
You'll Work Closely With
You'll collaborate with our Growth Manager to support lead tracking, Google Business Profile review goals, and ensure every enquiry and walk-in is accurately logged into our shared CRM for real-time pipeline visibility.
Success in This Role Looks Like
ā Fast response times to calls and enquiries
ā High walk-in to booking conversion rates
ā Increased Google reviews and consistently high ratings
ā Reduced no-show rates through proactive client engagement
ā Most importantly, maintaining an exceptional client experience score month after month
