Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Innovative Resources Academy (IRA), trusted by 100+ top corporates for HSE training & safety solutions, is hiring a proactive, tech-savvy CRM.
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (accounting knowledge a plus)
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced Excel, MS Office, Outlook etiquette, Teams & SharePoint, automation mindset (workflows, reminders, no-code tools). Own laptop + high-speed internet required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts, pitch new clients, draft proposals, handle documentation, coordinate trainer logistics, manage invoicing & payments.
