Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Understand the customer’s concern and provide timely, accurate, and practical resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for cases requiring further assistance.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, actions taken, and case status.
- Ensure adherence to defined response timelines and service standards.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share relevant insights with the team.
- Build customer trust through clear communication, empathy, and ownership.
