We are looking for a highly creative Creative Content Strategist with strong hands-on experience in the Restaurant & Food & Beverage industry.
The role focuses on developing creative content ideas, Reel concepts, captions, campaigns, and content strategies that help restaurant brands increase reach, engagement, and customer interest.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging Instagram Reel concepts, post ideas, campaign ideas, and content themes for restaurants and F&B brands.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, promotions, festivals, trends, and occasions.
- Write creative captions, Reel scripts, hooks, CTAs, promotional content, and website copy.
- Understand Instagram/Facebook algorithms and what makes Reels engaging, shareable, saveable, and potentially viral.
- Research trending content, formats, sounds, hooks, and competitor strategies and convert them into original brand-specific ideas.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and AI image/video generation tools for ideation, content creation, image generation, and video concepts.
- Create strong creative briefs and collaborate closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Digital Marketing Teams.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future content strategies.
- Maintain originality and ensure every piece of content has a strong human creative touch.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Content Strategy / Creative Content / Social Media.
- Mandatory hands-on experience working with Restaurant & F&B brands.
- Strong portfolio of Restaurant/F&B social media work.
- Excellent creative thinking, copywriting, storytelling, and content ideation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, viral content, Reels, trends, hooks, and engagement.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Grok, and AI image/video generation tools.
- Ability to work closely with designers, video editors, and digital marketing teams.
- Strong communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
