Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Counsellors, Client Delight Executives, and Key Account Managers and Client Delight Executive only for Mumbai, Gurugram, Lucknow.
Team members will counsel prospective clients on cord blood banking services, explain medical and financial benefits, and address questions to support informed decision-making. They will manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, presentations, and closure of enrollments, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Key Account Managers will build and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, ensuring high service standards, timely support, and regular business reviews. All team members will work collaboratively to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and support awareness initiatives such as seminars, events, and educational programs.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with clients and healthcare partners.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in achieving targets, managing pipelines, and conducting presentations or consultations.
- Solid Organization Skills to handle multiple accounts, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related service industries is preferred, especially in counselling or business development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in healthcare, science, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and occasionally travel for meetings, events, or partner visits.
- Comfort using basic office software and CRM tools to track engagements and report performance.
