Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Delhi, India. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to prospective students, guiding them in making well-informed education and career decisions. Duties will include
- Conducting consultations
- Handling inquiries and calls
- Recommending courses
- Assisting with application processes
- Maintaining accurate records of sessions
- Supporting students in developing academic and career pathways that align with their goals within the field of healthcare.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Experience in Career Counselling and providing education-related guidance, with 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders
- Knowledge of or experience with healthcare education programs is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
