About the Role
MantraCare is looking for an experienced Counselling / Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessments and therapy sessions to MantraCare clients. The ideal candidate should have experience working with clients dealing with OCD and other mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments for MantraCare clients.
- Conduct individual therapy and counselling sessions.
- Work with clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, stress, and related mental health concerns.
- Develop appropriate therapy plans based on client needs.
- Maintain professional and confidential client records.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions and monitor client progress.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions within the scope of practice.
- Coordinate with the internal MantraCare team when required.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions and psychological assessments.
- Experience working with OCD clients is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Ability to conduct sessions independently and maintain client confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management.
- Knowledge of CBT/ERP and other evidence-based approaches.
- Strong assessment and case conceptualization skills.
- Comfortable conducting online therapy sessions.
