Early Childhood Facilitator & Curriculum Associate (Founding Role)
📍 Delhi NCR | 🧒 Ages 1-9 | 🏡 Facilitator and Trainer | Part-time and Full-time
We are building play-led after-school programs for children aged 1–9, designed to support overall child development through thoughtfully crafted, age-appropriate experiences. This is a founding educator opportunity in a program being designed from day one to work consistently across many homes, educators, and cities. We are looking for passionate early childhood professionals to join our founding educator team.
The role combines facilitating play-based developmental sessions with actively contributing to curriculum and program design. Early educators will play a meaningful role in shaping the curriculum, session structures, and training standards, with clear opportunities to grow into trainer, curriculum, and leadership roles as the program scales globally.
You will have a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with a founding team that includes Silicon Valley professionals and entrepreneurs, helping build programs designed to scale globally and become a long-term platform in early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the core team to design and refine age-appropriate curricula
- Pilot new curriculum modules and provide structured feedback
- Conduct 50-60 min structured, play-based sessions with children (0–8 years) at home
- Follow defined curriculum, session structure, and rituals
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Participate in training, pilots, and quality reviews
Experience & Background
- Experience working with children aged 0–8 years. Background in early childhood education, Montessori, expressive arts, child development, or related fields preferred
- Prior experience in after-school or enrichment programs, such as: STEM; Creativity-based programs; Dramatics, Storytelling; Movement-based programs (dance, yoga, gymnastics, MMA, etc); right-brain and/or imagination-led learning programs, etc.
- Calm, confident, and child-centered approach. Passionate about working with kids.
- (Formal degrees are preferred but not mandatory.)
