🚨 We're Hiring: Corporate Attorney – India, Europe & UK 🚨
We're looking for a mid-senior corporate attorney (5–8 years' experience) to join a global legal team as a key business partner supporting commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters across India, Europe & the UK.
📍 Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)
🕒 Hours: Primary overlap with UK/CET business hours (~12 PM–9 PM IST)
What you'll do:
✅ Draft & negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, DPAs, reseller & vendor contracts, NDAs)
✅ Support corporate governance, entity maintenance & M&A due diligence
✅ Advise on GDPR/UK GDPR, DMA, DSA, NIS2 and other EU tech regulations
✅ Guide on employment law matters across India, UK & EU
✅ Manage disputes & pre-litigation matters, working with outside counsel
✅ Build playbooks, templates & self-service legal tools to scale legal support
What you bring:
🎓 LL.B. from a recognized Indian law school + enrollment with the Bar Council of India
🎓 UK legal education + min. 4 years' professional experience in the UK or EU
💼 5–8 years' experience in cross-border commercial/tech transactions (in-house or law firm)
🌍 Strong grasp of international B2B tech contracts under English/EU law
🗣️ Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills in English
🤝 Comfortable working independently across time zones & jurisdictions
