Meadbery is a fast-growing D2C Ayurvedic liver-health brand. We've built a strong paid-acquisition engine — now we're building our owned organic presence from the ground up, out of a new in-house content studio. We're looking for a Content & Social Media Lead to own that build.
This is a founder-facing, high-ownership role for someone who has grown an organic audience before and wants to do it again with full creative latitude and a studio at their disposal.
What you'll own
- Set and run the organic content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Build our YouTube channel from the early stage into a real growth and education engine.
- Plan and direct in-house shoots — briefing scripts, directing our video team, and shaping a consistent brand voice.
- Own the content calendar and publishing cadence across formats (short-form video, long-form, statics).
- Run influencer partnerships end-to-end — sourcing, briefing, and tracking.
- Develop doctor and expert-led content in a way that's engaging and compliant.
- Manage and grow a small content team as the function scales.
- Report on what's working — reach, retention, watch-time, engagement, and impact on brand.
You're a fit if you have
- 4–7 years building content and social for a consumer brand (D2C a big plus).
- A YouTube channel or social presence you personally grew — you can show the numbers.
- Hands-on experience directing video production and managing editors/videographers.
- Experience running influencer campaigns from sourcing to results.
- Strong instincts for short-form video and platform-native storytelling.
- Comfort owning metrics and tying content to outcomes.
Bonus points for
- Content experience in health, wellness, pharma, or another regulated category.
- Hindi + English content fluency.
- Hands-on editing ability.
What success looks like in 6 months: a live, growing YouTube channel; a consistent multi-platform publishing rhythm; a working influencer pipeline; and a content system that runs without founder hand-holding.
