Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This role includes supervising construction teams, coordinating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors, and ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will monitor site operations, conduct regular inspections, enforce construction safety protocols, and address on-site issues to minimize delays and rework. The position also involves tracking materials and equipment usage, reporting on progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding timelines, risks, and required corrective actions. The supervisor will support adherence to budget, regulatory requirements, and company standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and demonstrated experience in Site Supervision for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and on-site contractors.
- Candidates should possess thorough Inspection abilities to assess work quality, compliance with drawings, and adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Construction Safety practices and the ability to enforce safety protocols on site.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with construction methods, materials, and basic project documentation, including drawings and BOQs.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
