Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India, with openings for Architect, Interior Designer, Site Supervisor, and Intern positions. Team members will collaborate on design concepts, prepare drawings and presentations, and support project documentation. Responsibilities may include coordinating with consultants and vendors, assisting in material and finish selection, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. Site Supervisors will oversee on-site work, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to drawings, timelines, and quality standards. Interns will support the team with design research, drafting, and project coordination, gaining exposure to both studio work and site activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design workflows, such as using relevant design or project coordination tools and integrating information across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and ability to track project progress and deliverables.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or ongoing studies for interns).
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong visualization and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively on-site and in the studio, and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in architectural or interior projects, site supervision, or internships in a design firm is beneficial.
