Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities for high-end architectural and interior projects. This role supervises site teams, coordinates with designers, engineers, and contractors, and ensures that work is executed in line with project plans, quality standards, and timelines. The Construction Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, monitors progress, and addresses technical and operational issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The position also enforces construction safety protocols, manages materials and resources, and maintains clear, professional communication with stakeholders. The supervisor is expected to document site activities, prepare progress reports, and support seamless project handover upon completion.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience to manage on-site teams and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control to ensure workmanship meets design specifications and industry standards.
- Solid understanding of Construction Safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Experience with luxury or high-end residential/commercial projects, preferably in architecture or interior fit-outs.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and basic project scheduling tools.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in New Delhi, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
