🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SITE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations for construction and interior projects.
🔹 Job Role
Site Supervisor – Construction / Interior Projects
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
* Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings, specifications, and timelines.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
* Monitor quality, workmanship, material usage, and site safety.
* Track project progress and prepare daily site updates.
* Plan and coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
* Identify site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain proper site discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
* Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
* 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of construction, finishing, and interior works.
* Ability to read and understand architectural/construction drawings.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
* Candidates with residential or commercial project experience will be preferred.
