About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Onboarding Specialist – US HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US HR compliance, onboarding processes, employment documentation, and background verification while ensuring adherence to client and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for US employees and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations and client-specific requirements.
- Verify and maintain onboarding documents, including I-9, E-Verify, and employment records.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification.
- Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve onboarding and compliance-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in US HR Compliance & Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of US employment documentation and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
- Experience working with US Staffing organizations is preferred.
