- lls4–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Monitoring, or ITOM domai
- ns.Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring or infrastructure management tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, SCOM, ManageEngine OpManager, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platfor
- ms.Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, and load balance
- rs.Practical knowledge of infrastructure discovery protocols and technologies such as SNMP, SSH, WMI, WinRM, PowerShell, REST APIs, or agent-based discove
