Quality & Compliance Officer | Product Safety & Regulatory
We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager with 5-8 years of experience in a Tier-1 TIC / Testing, Inspection & Certification organization.
What you'll own:
- Product safety and compliance across India and global markets
- Identify applicable standards, testing requirements and labeling requirements for new products
- Review test plans, test reports and failures, and drive corrective actions
- Manage BIS compliance, testing, documentation and audits
- Work closely with testing laboratories and certification bodies
- Support Product Development in building compliant, launch-ready products
- Review packaging, artwork, warnings and product documentation
- Support quality improvement with vendors and factories
What we're looking for:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a Tier-1 TIC/testing organization
- Preferably experience in toy testing and packaging compliance
- Strong understanding of product testing and international standards
- Ability to interpret standards and translate them into practical product requirements
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with BIS and international compliance is a strong plus
