At Safe Refrigerations Pvt. Ltd., we deliver innovative cold chain and refrigeration solutions across industries, helping customers build efficient, reliable, and sustainable temperature-controlled infrastructure.
As we continue to expand our Cold Chain Projects business across India, we are looking for an experienced QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, statutory compliance, and contractor governance across our project sites.
📍 Location: Delhi (Extensive Travel Required, PAN India)
We are looking for an experienced QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), statutory labour compliance, and contractor governance across our project sites, PAN India. Base location will be Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive QA/QC and EHS compliance across projects
- Conduct quality, safety & statutory audits
- Ensure contractor and labour law compliance
- Lead incident investigations and CAPA implementation
- Coordinate customer audits and compliance reporting
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)
- 5–10 years' experience in HVAC, MEP, Industrial or Construction Projects
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, QA/QC, EHS and contractor management
- NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certifications will be an added advantage
