Role Description The Community Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for nurturing a vibrant workspace community and delivering a premium member experience. This role includes welcoming and onboarding new members, addressing day-to-day queries, and ensuring shared spaces are functional, well-maintained, and aligned with Workship’s service standards. The Community Executive coordinates events and engagement initiatives, manages vendor and service provider interactions, and supports operational processes such as meeting room bookings and workspace usage. In addition, the role involves gathering member feedback, preparing basic reports on occupancy and community activities, and collaborating with internal teams to continually enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications
- Community management and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
- Operational and administrative skills, including basic documentation, coordination with vendors, and efficient handling of day-to-day facility requirements.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages, and the ability to manage conversations with diverse stakeholders.
- Event coordination and engagement skills, such as planning small community events, workshops, or networking sessions to strengthen member interaction.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workspace setting.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, office productivity suites, communication platforms); experience in coworking, hospitality, or real estate environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with prior experience in a front office, community, or guest relations role.
