About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Manager to manage customer collections, ensure timely payment recovery, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely collection of dues and reduce overdue accounts.
- Handle customer payment-related queries and disputes.
- Maintain accurate collection records and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collection processes.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Conduct regular field visits for payment follow-ups and collections.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Collections / Recovery / Accounts Receivable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
