Key Responsibilities:
Execute recovery strategies in the assigned area to meet monthly targets.
Visit delinquent customers in the field and negotiate repayment or settlement.
Coordinate and monitor agency performance; provide on-ground support.
Ensure all field recovery activities follow company policy and regulatory norms.
Regularly update the ACM on recovery progress, challenges, and key cases.
Key Skills:
Strong field recovery and negotiation skills
Good communication and conflict-handling ability
Good understanding of loan and collection processes
Familiar with local geography and customer behaviour
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream
3–6 years of experience in collections, preferably in field roles
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the area
