Key Responsibilities
- Lead collection and recovery operations across multiple branches/regions to achieve business targets.
- Drive recovery of 60+ & NPA buckets, with a strong focus on Property Loan collections.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve portfolio quality and reduce NPAs.
- Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and monitor Collection Managers and Field Collection Executives.
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Sales, and Branch teams for effective recovery and legal escalations.
- Monitor portfolio performance through MIS, analyze recovery trends, and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- Graduate (Candidates with LLB preferred)
- 5+ years of Collection experience in Banking/NBFC, including 3+ years in team handling.
- Mandatory experience in Property Loan/LAP collections.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) with good knowledge of collection/LMS systems.
- Must own a four-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across multiple locations.
