What this role actually is:
This is not a “Head of Sales” role.
This is:
“You own revenue. You build the front-end of the company.”
You’ll take Content Ghost from:
- 0 → first 10 clients → repeatable revenue engine
What you'll be doing?
- Hunt → Reach out → Close deals (global clients)
- Build outbound from scratch (LinkedIn, cold email, anything that works)
- Run calls, pitch, negotiate, close
- Own client relationships end-to-end
- Turn clients into long-term accounts
- Help shape positioning, messaging, and narrative
