Role Description As a Co-Founder at SVCORE AI, you will help shape the strategic direction, product vision, and operational foundations of the company. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Lucknow Area involves leading initiatives across product development, go-to-market strategy, and partnerships, while working closely with technical and business stakeholders. You will drive market research, identify customer segments, and design sales and marketing strategies to validate and scale the company’s offerings. Daily responsibilities include setting measurable goals, managing key relationships, representing the company in external meetings and events, and contributing to fundraising and investor communications. You will collaborate with the founding team to build a strong culture and ensure execution aligned with SVCORE AI’s mission and long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data, understand market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with skills in building pipelines, nurturing customer relationships, and developing go-to-market plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in startups or early-stage ventures and a willingness to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in AI, voice technology, or related domains is highly beneficial; familiarity with the Indian market and multilingual user bases is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
