Role Description The Founder role at Akhil Jobs Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Founder is responsible for defining the overall vision, business strategy, and service offerings of the consultancy, and for translating these into actionable plans. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing client acquisition, building and maintaining relationships with employers, and guiding recruitment operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The role involves managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions on growth, marketing, and operational improvements. The Founder will also recruit, mentor, and lead the core team, establish processes and policies, and represent the consultancy in meetings, partnerships, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to set long-term goals and drive execution.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services, including client management and candidate sourcing.
- Business development and networking capabilities to build partnerships and expand the client base.
- Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of initiative, and readiness to build and scale a growing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; advanced education is an advantage.
- Prior experience in founding or leading a small business or consultancy is highly beneficial.
