Role Description As a Co-Founder at RepiQR, you will play a leading role in shaping the product vision, business strategy, and operational roadmap. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thangadh, where you will collaborate closely on market research, user feedback, product iteration, and go-to-market planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales and partnerships, overseeing marketing initiatives, analyzing data to refine strategies, and representing the company in discussions with stakeholders, customers, and communities. You will also help build and manage a small, agile team, establish processes, and ensure that product development aligns with the mission of enhancing emergency safety and connectivity. The role involves hands-on problem-solving, ownership of key decisions, and active participation in fundraising and investor relations as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive product, business, and operational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for clear, persuasive interaction with customers, partners, team members, and investors.
- Sales experience, including building pipelines, managing relationships, and closing strategic deals or partnerships.
- Marketing and research skills to understand user needs, test hypotheses, and design effective outreach and growth campaigns.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in early-stage startups or founding initiatives preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Thangadh, with a hands-on approach to operations and community engagement.
- Comfort with technology products and digital tools; experience in safety, emergency services, or QR-based solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, design, or a related field; advanced qualifications are welcome but not required.
