📍 Location: Kochi & Calicut
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
👩 Position: Event Facilitator
Key Skills We're Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
✅ Confident personality with no stage fear
✅ Strong presentation and public interaction skills
✅ Pleasing personality and professional appearance
✅ Anchoring or event-hosting experience is preferred
✅ Ability to coordinate and manage workshops/events effectively
✅ Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills
✅ Height preference as per event coordination requirements
💻 Candidate must have their own laptop
Role Overview:
As an Event Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering a 10-day orientation program for new team members and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
Your role will involve:
🎯 Facilitating engaging sessions
🎤 Interacting with and managing participants
🤝 Coordinating workshops and events
🌱 Supporting new hires as they begin their journey with BROTOTYPE
