Role Description The Clinical Dietitian at Robust Kitchen is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves assessing clients’ nutritional status, reviewing medical and lifestyle information, and developing individualized nutrition care plans. The Clinical Dietitian will translate medical nutrition therapy protocols into practical meal plans, collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menus align with health goals, and monitor outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, with the ability to apply nutritional science in practical, client-facing settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy for a range of conditions (e.g., metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal issues, weight management).
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and behavior-change techniques to support diverse clients in achieving health goals.
- Solid understanding of general Nutrition principles, including macro- and micronutrient needs, food safety, and culturally appropriate meal planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a closely related field; relevant licensure or registration as a dietitian (as applicable by local regulations).
- Experience working in clinical, community, or food-service settings, preferably with a focus on personalized meal planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with culinary and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
