Role Description The Clinic Manager at Renew U World will oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, high-quality service, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. This part-time, on-site role based in Noida involves supervising front-desk and clinical staff, managing appointments and schedules, and monitoring clinic resources and budgets. The Clinic Manager will handle patient inquiries and feedback, maintain a welcoming and professional environment, and support doctors and consultants in delivering seamless care. The role also includes implementing process improvements, coordinating staff training, and preparing basic operational reports for management.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on patient experience and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic clinic operations management.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine or healthcare processes to support clinical workflows.
- Experience in Training staff on service standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
