Job Description - Clinet Success Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Associate to manage Upwork clients and projects, build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, track project timelines and deliverables, handle client communication and feedback, and ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Upwork clients.
- Understand the scope of different digital marketing and creative services and communicate effectively with clients.
- Handle client communication, understand project requirements, and ensure clear alignment between clients and internal teams.
- Manage projects from initial requirement gathering to final delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, deliverables, timelines, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience Client Success, Project Management, Account Management, or a digital marketing/creative agency will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills .
- Good understanding of digital marketing and creative agency services.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with different internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
