We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Mohali.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with orders, product information, payments, returns, and complaints.
- Manage and update e-commerce orders and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Responsible and positive attitude.
- Previous telecaller or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
