Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop and IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows OS issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Resolve Microsoft Office and Outlook related issues.
- Perform system installation, configuration, and software updates.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests.
- Provide professional and timely onsite technical assistance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Desktop / IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle onsite support responsibilities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
💰 Salary & Location
💵 Salary: UP TO ₹25,000 PER MONTH
📍 Location: MOHALI & CHANDIGARH ONLY
