Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Software Trainer (NOT ARABIC LANGUAGE TRAINER ) role based from anywhere in INDIA. The Civil Software Trainer – Arabic speaking will deliver classroom and lab-based training on civil engineering-related software tools, ensuring that learners understand both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The role includes preparing training materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises, as well as adapting content to suit Arabic-speaking learners while maintaining technical accuracy. Daily responsibilities involve conducting training sessions, resolving learner queries, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with colleagues to update course content, incorporate industry best practices, and support continuous improvement of the training programs.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with certifications in civil design software AutoCAD, Revit - Arch, Struct, MEP, Sketchup.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and Training, with experience delivering structured sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including the ability to teach and support Arabic-speaking learners clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and civil engineering software knowledge to explain practical applications and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create effective curricula, training materials, and assessments.
- Prior experience in classroom or corporate training environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage learners and manage group dynamics are beneficial.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, familiarity with CAD/CAE tools, and a commitment to continuous learning in engineering and software technologies are advantageous.
