Role Description The Civil 3D role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The individual will be responsible for creating and updating detailed civil engineering drawings and models using Autodesk Civil 3D, including site grading, roads, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with civil and structural engineers to develop design layouts, preparing plan/profile drawings, generating quantities, and ensuring that designs comply with applicable codes and project standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers and other discipline teams to integrate civil designs into broader EPC project deliverables, as well as supporting design revisions based on field inputs, client feedback, and quality reviews. The individual will also assist in documentation, drawing management, and timely submission of deliverables to meet project schedules.
Qualifications
Develop detailed civil engineering designs and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Create and manage alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, and surface models
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate and timely design deliverables
Prepare plan and profile sheets, site plans, and utility layouts for civil infrastructure projects
Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with construction documentation
Review and redline drawings for quality control and compliance with project standards
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
