Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Video Editor role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Video Editor will support the design and product teams by editing raw footage into clear, engaging videos that showcase concepts, products, and brand stories. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions and basic effects, synchronizing audio, applying color corrections, and exporting videos in required formats. The role also involves collaborating with designers to add motion graphics and visual elements, maintaining consistent visual style across projects, and assisting with simple video production tasks such as asset management and file organization.
Qualifications
- Basic skills in video production and understanding of the end-to-end video creation process.
- Foundational video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, and assembling footage.
- Ability to perform video color grading and color correction to enhance visual quality.
- Exposure to motion graphics and graphics, with the ability to integrate visual elements into video content.
- Familiarity with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and basic graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a design-focused team.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or portfolio demonstrating video editing or motion graphics work; formal degree in media, design, or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
