Role Description The Reward and EOY Performance Specialist is a full-time role responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of reward, recognition, and year-end performance processes. Based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area in a hybrid arrangement, this role combines on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating annual performance review cycles, ensuring data integrity across HR systems, preparing reports and dashboards on compensation and performance outcomes, and supporting the communication of reward policies and guidelines. The specialist will partner with HR business partners and line managers to provide guidance on performance ratings, incentives, and recognition programs, while helping to ensure alignment with global frameworks and local compliance requirements. The role also involves continuous process improvement, documentation, and participation in projects related to pay review, bonus schemes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or analytics tools.
- Knowledge of performance management and reward processes, including year-end reviews, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Proficiency with HRIS or related systems, and comfort working with large data sets while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies clearly and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver reliably within structured cycles and project deadlines.
- Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, or people operations; background in FMCG or large multinational environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in HR or rewards are a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, demonstrating self-motivation, integrity, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
