About the role
We are looking for a CTO to lead the technology strategy and engineering organization for a company building AI-powered and agentic products for enterprise customers. The role will own the overall technical architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and evolution of the platform, while establishing the foundations for responsible and governed AI deployment. This includes defining frameworks for AI governance, model and agent evaluation, access controls, data protection, monitoring, auditability, and risk management across the product and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has deep experience building distributed, production-scale systems, understands modern AI and agentic architectures, and has a strong track record of designing secure, reliable, and enterprise-ready technology. They should be a strong technical leader who can remain hands-on when needed, build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, and make sound architectural, product, and governance decisions in a fast-moving environment.
