We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and execution for an AI-powered revenue cycle management (RCM) platform serving US healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and oversee the development of products focused on claims processing, payer follow-ups, denials, appeals, and payment workflows within healthcare RCM.
- Integrate domain expertise with AI and automation to enhance healthcare operations, ensuring appropriate controls and human oversight.
- Own the technology platform architecture and engineering direction, while remaining hands-on with solution design, prototypes, code reviews, and resolving complex production issues.
- Build scalable, reusable platforms that securely connect healthcare systems and support multiple practices.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders including founders, practice owners, and billing leaders to prioritize development and measure impact.
Location: Chennai, India (3 days a week onsite preferred; some flexibility may be considered)
Experience: 14 - 20 years
Compensation: Competitive, ranging from 40 to 80 LPA based on experience and market standards
