Our Client is Looking for a CTO
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 12 to 15 yrs
Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•
15+ years in technology, including a senior leadership or CTO / VP-Engineering role.
•
Proven ability to conceptualise, plan, and build projects from the ground up — taking them from idea and requirements through architecture, development, launch, and ongoing support.
•
Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing applications (B2C web and mobile), with strong instincts for user experience, performance, and adoption.
•
Deep, hands-on command of the JavaScript ecosystem — JavaScript / TypeScript, React / React Native, Node.js, REST APIs — along with databases (MongoDB, SQL).
•
Exposure to technology delivery in infrastructure-led sectors such as real estate, energy, or construction is preferred.
•
Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps fundamentals; data security and compliance best practices.
•
Experience managing both in-house teams and external vendors; comfortable operating in a multi-business group environment.
•
Comfortable driving AI-assisted development and automation across delivery workflows.
