Role
Lead the brand, marketing and customer growth strategy for an established Luxury retail business expanding across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy, positioning and architecture.
- Lead ATL, BTL, digital and performance marketing.
- Drive CRM, loyalty, customer acquisition and retention.
- Own marketing budget, agencies, campaigns and ROI.
- Lead and scale the Brand, Digital, CRM and Regional Marketing teams.
- Track marketing-led revenue, CAC, footfall, conversion and customer retention.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years in marketing leadership, with 5+ years managing ₹50 Cr+ ATL budgets.
- Strong experience in luxury retail, premium retail or consumer brands.
- Proven success in scaling regional brands across multiple markets.
- Strong expertise in brand, digital, performance marketing and CRM.
- Commercially driven, data-led and hands-on.
