Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving Infravox AI’s technical vision and product architecture. This position oversees end-to-end technology strategy, including AI agent design, cloud infrastructure architecture, security, compliance, and reliability for a multi-cloud, Kubernetes-based platform. The CTO will lead and scale engineering, AI/ML, and platform teams, set development standards, and ensure delivery of secure, highly available, and performant enterprise SaaS solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with the founding team on product roadmap decisions, guiding system design and technical tradeoffs, reviewing key architectural proposals, and establishing best practices in DevOps, SRE, and observability. The role also involves close collaboration with customers and go-to-market teams to align technical capabilities with market needs, as well as representing the company’s technology in stakeholder, partner, and investor discussions.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
- Strong background in DevOps, SRE, and observability, with experience in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
- Proficiency in AI/ML and AIOps concepts, including designing intelligent agents, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and autonomous remediation systems.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance for enterprise SaaS, including cloud security, compliance automation, and familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
- Experience with FinOps and cost optimization practices for cloud environments, including budgeting, usage analysis, and performance/cost tradeoff decisions.
