Company Description NURA is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with specialist medical expertise to deliver proactive health screening. The organization focuses on detecting cancers and lifestyle diseases at an early, more treatable stage through structured screening programs. NURA’s services are designed for individuals who may feel healthy and have no symptoms but want to lower health risks and enable timely intervention. Centers are currently located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, and the brand is expanding its presence in India to make sustained, preventive healthcare more accessible.
Role Description The Centre-In-Charge is a full-time, on-site position based at the NURA center in Kozhikode, responsible for overall center operations and service quality. This role oversees daily workflow, ensures smooth patient registration and screening processes, and coordinates with medical and administrative teams to deliver efficient, empathetic care. The Centre-In-Charge manages staff schedules, monitors performance metrics, and enforces compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include handling escalations, maintaining facility readiness, collaborating with management on process improvements, and supporting local outreach and engagement initiatives to grow the center’s footprint.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in center or branch operations, including workflow management, team coordination, and day-to-day problem-solving.
- Experience in customer or patient service, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Competence in basic administration and documentation, including reporting, scheduling, and adherence to organizational policies and quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate with clinical and technical teams, understanding operational requirements of healthcare screening and diagnostics environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and software (e.g., MS Office, digital record systems); familiarity with healthcare IT systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or related service sectors is preferred, especially in a supervisory or center management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is desirable; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, including flexible hours as required by center operations.
