Role Description The Architect at NURA will design and oversee technical and system architectures that support AI-enabled imaging, screening workflows, and integrated healthcare solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable architectural designs, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The Architect will coordinate software development and integration efforts, define standards and best practices, and guide implementation from concept through deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, performing impact and risk assessments, resolving integration issues, and providing technical leadership to project teams. The role also involves continuous improvement of existing systems, documentation of architecture decisions, and close collaboration with stakeholders to support NURA’s preventive healthcare mission.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience designing complex, scalable systems.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with proficiency in modern development practices and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including designing and managing interfaces between clinical systems, imaging platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver architectural initiatives on time and within scope.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or AI-based solutions is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities, with clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to evolving technologies and organizational needs.
