Job Description – Centre Head, Recruitment & HR Consulting
Experience: 8–12 years
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Centre Head to drive business development, recruitment delivery, and overall growth of our recruitment and HR consulting business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Promote recruitment, RPO, Rent-a-Recruiter, and HR consulting services.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Manage client relationships, commercial negotiations, and account growth.
- Own revenue targets, team productivity, collections, and centre profitability.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and delivery operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and commercial skills.
Key Expectation: The Centre Head will be responsible for driving both sales and recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on revenue generation and profitable business growth.
