We're Hiring a Carrier Relationship Manager to join our reputed Telecom client.
Location: Gurgaon/Remote
Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with domestic and international telecom carriers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, interconnection terms, and wholesale pricing.
- Drive revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize traffic routing costs.
- Monitor telecom KPIs, including ASR, ACD, and PDD.
- Coordinate with technical, NOC, finance, and billing teams to resolve escalations.
- Identify new carrier partnerships and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Telecom Carrier Relations, Wholesale Voice, Interconnect, International Roaming, SMS, or Telecom Business Development.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of telecom routing, wholesale pricing, carrier settlements, and service quality KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
