Hiring for Sr.Real Estate Consultant At SGM Group

SGM Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, a professional personality, and experience in real estate sales, particularly in industrial plots.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Handle client meetings, property site visits, and follow-ups.
- Promote and sell industrial plots to prospective investors and buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate deals and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure successful deal closures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a professional approach.
- Strong client-handling and deal-closing abilities.
- Own car is mandatory for client meetings and property site visits.
- Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for work.
