Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee for Electrical Engineers in the pharma industry, focused on pharma machines, HVAC, projects, and maintenance, with a CTC range of ₹5–8 LPA. The role involves overseeing installation, operation, and maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery and HVAC systems to ensure reliability, compliance, and safety. Responsibilities include planning and executing electrical projects, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to support production continuity and regulatory standards. The role also includes documenting maintenance activities, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, optimize equipment performance, and support root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Career Counseling and Career Development to mentor junior team members and support skill enhancement within the technical team.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in pharma machines, HVAC systems, and plant maintenance.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and safety standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with electrical panels, control systems, and automation in process or packaging equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Roorkee, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
